Event photo sharing

One QR code, and everyone’s photos from your event in one album.

Every event ends the same way: forty phones full of photos and no one has all of them. With Kreis you share one QR code or link, people upload from the browser without an app, and the whole event ends up in one private album — in full quality.

How it works

  1. Create a group for your event in the Kreis app on iPhone or Android. Scan with your iPhoneDownload on theApp StoreScan with your Android phoneGET IT ONGoogle Play
  2. Share a guest upload link — as a QR code on a sign, or as a link in your invitation or group chat.
  3. Everyone uploads from the browser, with their name if they like. No app, no account.
  4. The album fills itself, sorted by day. Afterwards you can invite the people who were there to keep the group.

Ideas for different events

Birthday parties

Put the QR code next to the cake or on the gift table. For a surprise party, send the link to the guests beforehand so the photos of the setup end up in the album too.

Graduations and proms

Classes take thousands of photos and nobody has them all. One link in the class chat collects everything for the yearbook or a slideshow — and parents can add theirs without joining the chat.

Trips and holidays with friends

Create the group before you leave and everyone adds photos as they go. Sorted by day, the album turns into a travel diary on its own, and it works the same on iPhone and Android.

Sports tournaments and teams

Parents on the sideline take the best match photos. Hang the QR code at the pitch or send the link in the parents’ group, and the team gets one album for the season instead of photos scattered across a dozen chats.

Company parties and conferences

A QR code on the screen during the break collects photos from the whole team in one private place — nothing is posted publicly, and the files stay on servers in the EU.

Family reunions and christenings

Three generations, three kinds of phones. Grandparents scan the code with the camera and upload without installing anything; the grandchildren can join the group in the app.

Weddings

The biggest one gets its own page: a QR code for your wedding photos, with sign wording, timing and costs.

After the event, the album stays

Kreis means “circle” in German. The people who were there can join the group in the app, like and comment on photos, and add the next event to the same album — the next birthday, the next season, the next trip. Or you simply download everything in full quality and keep it.

Good to know

A guest upload link works for 60 days from when you create it. Guests can upload photos only, not videos, for now. The free plan holds around 1,000 photos; for big events, Kreis Plus gives the whole group 50 GB for €3.99 a month or €39 a year. Guests never pay.
